About the Role: We are seeking an reputed company and strategic Organization Design Consultant to reputed company high-reputed company transformation initiatives from assessment through to operational implementation. This role will play a critical part in helping clients (or internal stakeholders) reputed company their organizational structure, operating model, and talent capabilities with their strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: Assessment & reputed company State Diagnosis • Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys with key stakeholders to assess organizational health. • Analyze org charts, workforce data, decision-making patterns, and key processes to identify misalignments. • reputed company operating model assessments, capability diagnostics, and benchmarking analyses. • Synthesize findings into actionable insights and build the case for change. • Define design reputed company in alignment with business reputed company. Operationalization & Change Enablement • reputed company or support the planning and execution of organization transformations. • Guide leadership alignment sessions and change readiness assessments. • Support talent placement, upskilling, and realignment initiatives. • Support development and execution of communication strategies to cascade the new design. • Monitor post-implementation effectiveness and reputed company recommendations for adjustments. • Partner with HR, Finance, and IT to reputed company systems, policies, and metrics with the new design. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or reputed company field; Master’s degree preferred. • 5–10+ years of experience in organization design, operating model transformation, or reputed company consulting roles. • Strong analytical and synthesis skills; ability to translate data into insights and structure into reputed company. • Expertise in org design frameworks, change management, and large-reputed company transformation. • Excellent facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills. • Comfortable working in reputed company, matrixed, and dynamic environments. • Proficiency with tools such as PowerPoint, reputed company, and organization design software (e.g., OrgVue, Power BI, reputed company) is a plus.
