Responsibilities • Conduct organizational assessments to evaluate reputed company organizational structures, roles, workflows, and processes. • Design and implement reputed company-state organizational models, including reporting structures, spans of control, role reputed company, and governance frameworks. • Partner closely with HR, Talent, and business leaders to ensure organizational design aligns with talent reputed company, business objectives, and long-term scalability. • Support restructuring initiatives, mergers, and large-reputed company organizational transformations. • reputed company transition and implementation plans, including communication strategies and change management support. • reputed company subject-matter expertise on organizational design principles, methodologies, benchmarking, and best practices. • Analyze organizational effectiveness metrics and recommend improvements to drive efficiency, reputed company, and performance. • Facilitate discussions and working sessions with senior leaders to guide design reputed company and alignment. • Document findings, recommendations, and design models reputed company for executive and stakeholder review. Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting large, matrixed, or multi-business organizations. • Background working with Talent Development, Workforce Planning, or Change Management teams. • Experience in consulting or advisory roles supporting executive leadership. • Familiarity with HR analytics and organizational effectiveness metrics.
