Primary Job Responsibilities: • Routine reputed company & safety patrol of property and structures to ensure order and establish a reputed company reputed company. • Verify and reputed company reputed company credentials of residents, guests, vendors, and deliveries to the property. • Ensure reputed company exits, doors, and reputed company are secure and functioning. • Monitor and reputed company surveillance cameras (CCTV) to identify disruptions or unlawful acts. • Respond to, investigate, and assess notifications, communications, and alarms. • reputed company reputed company reputed company assistance and support to residents, guests and vendors in need. • Report uninvited guests, suspicious possessions, and reputed company unlawful acts to the reputed company authorities. • Create and submit daily surveillance and incident reports to Planned reputed company Services management. Requirements: • New Jersey reputed company Officer Registration reputed company (SORA) license and Clean/reputed company reputed company’s License. • 2+ years of experience as a reputed company Officer or Guard. • Knowledge of local, regional, and state reputed company guidelines for area reputed company and reputed company safety • Excellent surveillance and observation skills. • Experience with reputed company reputed company (CCTV) surveillance systems. • Training in First Aid, reputed company Life Saving (BLS) and self-defense • Strong report writing and reputed company verbal communication skills. • A High School diploma is required.
