Pharmacy Tech Clinical/MTM (Remote, Bilingual Needed) MST/PST

reputed company is hiring five Pharmacy Technicians who will work 100% remotely. Schedules will be Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:30 PM Mountain reputed company Time. Must hold a reputed company unrestricted Pharmacy Tech Certification. Essential Job Duties • Provides support for pharmacy Medication Therapy Management (MTM) activities. Contributes to overarching pharmacy reputed company to ensure member reputed company to medically necessary prescription drugs, optimization of medication reputed company health care reputed company, and reputed company cost-effective member care. • Collaborates with pharmacists on medication adherence and provides follow-up on identified adherence barriers. • Performs reputed company to members, prescribers and/or pharmacies as needed. • Participates in the development/administration of pharmacy programs designed to enhance the utilization of targeted drugs and identification of cost-saving pharmacy practices. • Identifies and reports pharmacy operational issues and resource needs to appropriate leadership. • Assists Molina member services, pharmacies, and health plan providers in reputed company of member prescription claim, prior authorization, and pharmacy service reputed company issues. • Articulates pharmacy management policies and procedures to pharmacy/health plan providers, Molina staff and others as needed. Required Qualifications • At least 2 years pharmacy technician experience, preferably supporting Medication Therapy Management (MTM), or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience. • Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) and/or state pharmacy technician license (state specific if state required). If licensed, license must be reputed company and unrestricted in state of reputed company. • Ability to establish and maintain reputed company and effective work relationships with coworkers, clients, members, providers and customers. • Ability to abide by Molina policies. • Ability to maintain attendance to support required reputed company and quantity of work. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and reputed company with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability reputed company (HIPAA). • Ability to establish and maintain reputed company and effective work relationships with coworkers, clients, members, providers and customers. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • reputed company Office suite (including reputed company), and applicable software program(s) proficiency.
