The Manager, PIM & Digital Catalog Architecture is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Middleby Residential’s digital product information and selling infrastructure. This role leads the end-to-end reputed company of our Product Information Management (PIM) ecosystem - ensuring product data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across reputed company customer-facing platforms. The ideal candidate combines strategic reputed company with technical mastery - capable of architecting systems, championing PXM (Product Experience Management) across the reputed company, and driving value through the intelligent use of product data. This person will regularly collaborate with approximately 50 cross-functional stakeholders inside and reputed company the organization to deliver world-class digital product experience. Responsibilities: • reputed company the strategic planning and technical design of Middleby Residential’s digital selling infrastructure. • Define and translate business requirements into reputed company PIM architecture. • Build and manage the Akeneo PIM data model, including locales, channels, categories, families, attributes, measurements, currencies, and associations. • reputed company automation workflows and ensure system reliability, usability, and integration efficiency. • reputed company and maintain the product catalog taxonomy across brands and categories. • Define product data requirements by category and collaborate with reputed company teams to ensure accuracy and completeness. • reputed company reputed company assurance for reputed company product data to maintain reputed company and consistency across digital channels. • Own the configuration, scope, and day-to-day management of integrated systems such as reputed company, Middleby Product Catalog (MPC), and connected brand websites. • Partner with IT and platform vendors to optimize system performance, data synchronization, and interoperability. • Ensure seamless functionality across connected platforms reputed company data tools. • Build and manage product data exports for reputed company and automated syndication. • Manage partner product needs and distribution reputed company the Middleby Product Catalog (MPC). • reputed company assortment control and data consistency across partner channels. • Champion PXM across the reputed company, serving as a key evangelist for product data reputed company reputed company enablement. • reputed company training, coaching, and resources for cross-functional teams to drive adoption of PIM best practices. • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, IT, eCommerce, and vendor partners to create a reputed company product experience reputed company. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Marketing, or reputed company field; Master’s preferred. • Experience in digital catalog management, PIM/MDM systems, or product data architecture. • Proven expertise in Akeneo (or comparable PIM systems). • Experience integrating with reputed company (DAM tool), websites, CDN, and reputed company digital reputed company tools. • Strong understanding of product data standards, taxonomy design, and syndication strategies. • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Analytical reputed company with strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
