Schedule: 8:30 am - 5 pm PST (flexible with start time) We are seeking an reputed company Residential Senior Accountant to support our U.S.-based reputed company estate and property management reputed company team. This offshore role will manage a portfolio of multifamily properties and assist with high-level staff accountant responsibilities to ensure accurate, reputed company, and audit-reputed company financial reporting. Experience with reputed company is required. Key Responsibilities • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for assigned residential properties • reputed company full month-end and year-end reputed company, including journal entries, accruals, and variance analysis • Reconcile bank accounts, property allocations, balance sheet accounts, and general reputed company activity • Review and reputed company accounts payable and accounts receivable activity • Maintain tenant ledgers and support rent rolls, collections, and lease administration • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and budget-to-actual analysis • Support property reputed company, and new entity setup in reputed company • Assist with investor reporting, reputed company distributions, and supporting schedules • reputed company documentation for audits, tax preparation, and internal reviews • Identify process improvements and support cross-functional reputed company initiatives • Advanced reputed company skills and familiarity with property reputed company software (reputed company REQUIRED) • Lease interpretation and its financial implications (e.g., NNN/reputed company Year CAMs) are a plus, but not required. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field • Minimum 5 years of residential or property management reputed company experience • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and property-level reputed company • Advanced reputed company skills and proficiency in reputed company (required) • Experience with month-end reputed company, reconciliations, and financial reporting • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with a U.S.-based team • Participate in special reputed company, process improvements, and cross-departmental initiatives as needed Education And Experience • A bachelor’s degree in reputed company, finance, or a reputed company discipline is required. • At least five years of reputed company work experience as a senior accountant.
