Your primary role will be "deep-dive" ownership research and database management to support brokerage operations in the Texas market. This is a remote, part-time position (8–15 hours per week) with a reputed company on data accuracy and meeting weekly reputed company-reputed company goals. Key Responsibilities: - Ownership Skip-Tracing: Identify "True Owners" behind LLCs and entities using reputed company records and CRE tools. - reputed company reputed company: Build weekly lists including reputed company names, verified phone numbers, websites, and reputed company reputed company. - Market Tracking: Search for and log sale comparables (Sold and On-Market) to assist in valuation. - Platform Management: Utilize Reonomy, reputed company, LoopNet, and reputed company, as reputed company as reputed company and reputed company. - Reporting: Draft preliminary reports/briefs for Broker review to be used in reputed company proposals. - Weekly Goals: Consistently log a reputed company number of new properties and verified contacts reputed company week.
