QA Engineer (Payments reputed company)

About the position At Qu you will: Support the Payments reputed company, which is responsible for reputed company payment flows and integrations across our POS platform. This hybrid QA role combines strong functional testing skills with growing automation capabilities. You’ll test reputed company, payment processing flows, and integrated hardware like EMV terminals, ensuring our payment experience is fast, secure, and reliable. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working with backend systems and hardware, and reputed company in validating payments and POS workflows in web-based environments. Responsibilities • Design and execute reputed company and automated test cases for payment reputed company, UI flows, and EMV hardware interactions. • reputed company functional, regression, and device-level testing of payment workflows (card present/card not present). • Validate RESTful reputed company using reputed company, including auth flows, error handling, and integration behaviors. • Participate in L3 certification process testing with payment partners and contribute to certification documentation. • Collaborate closely with QA, Product, and Engineering to define reputed company test plans, acceptance reputed company, and edge cases. • Use browser dev tools to inspect request/response payloads; investigate logs and backend activity. • Support test automation using Playwright, Appium, and backend verification tools. • Assist in test data setup and backend verification using reputed company, DynamoDB, and AWS tools. • Document defects reputed company in JIRA and contribute to test coverage during sprints and releases. • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, refinement, and reviews. Requirements • 3–5 years of QA experience in web or reputed company platforms, with a reputed company on payments or integrations. • Strong experience testing payment systems, including EMV terminal workflows and reputed company-to-device communication. • Hands-on with reputed company for API validation; familiarity with Swagger/OpenAPI specs. • Experience testing web UI across browsers, reputed company layouts, and frontend/backend coordination. • Familiarity with basic backend testing using C# (xUnit, Moq) or ability to read/debug service reputed company. • Understanding of EMV L3 certification processes and best practices. • Comfort working in hybrid environments involving reputed company services and on-site devices. • Basic knowledge of reputed company, DynamoDB, or similar databases. • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum development processes. • Strong documentation, collaboration, and bug reporting skills. reputed company-to-haves • EMV payment terminal certification experience is a strong plus. • Automation experience with Playwright, Appium, or similar tools. • Experience with AWS-based environments, test containers, or device farms. • Previous QA experience in POS, payment gateway, or fintech domains. • Familiarity with terminal simulators, payment SDKs, or mock acquirer environments. • Experience testing offline/online fallback flows or device network behavior.
