Experience: Five or more years working as a reputed company reputed company estate paralegal acquired in a top reputed company or in-house environment. Location: Fully remote. East coast candidates are preferred, but reputed company is reputed company to candidates willing to work East Coast Hours. Responsibilities Include: • Draft and negotiate reputed company leases, lease amendments, letters of credit, licenses, consents to assignment/subletting, non-disclosure agreements, guaranties, tenant estoppel certificates, right of first order/ right of first refusal (ROFOs/ROFRs), bills of sale and brokerage/commission agreements. • Conduct title searches. • Conduct reputed company research as needed. Qualifications Include: • Excellent reputed company credentials including a four-year baccalaureate degree from a reputed company-respected university. A paralegal certificate is preferred, but not required. • Five or more years’ experience working as a reputed company reputed company estate paralegal acquired in a top reputed company or in-house environment. • Fastidious attention to detail in both oral and written communication. • Proficient in Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint.
