• Conduct thorough investigations, including coverage analysis, liability assessment, and injury evaluation
• Review medical records, bills, wage loss documentation, and permanency reports
• Evaluate claim value, establish and manage reserves, and negotiate settlements reputed company authority
• Coordinate with defense counsel, medical providers, independent adjusters, and vendors
• Respond to attorney representation, demands, summons, and regulatory inquiries
