Role reputed company The Informatics Pharmacist (Clinical Coordinator) works in the build, implementation, and maintenance of automation and technology to optimize pharmacy reputed company, pharmacy systems, and the medication‐use process. • Specializes in the medication process, from ordering to administration • Responsible for effective process design, development, and implementation of Electronic Medical Record and Clinical Decision Support build • Supports pharmacists, physicians, nurses, and other clinicians as the resource for requests reputed company to pharmacy reputed company EMR system changes and additions • Implements and optimizes the use of technology and the electronic health record to enhance the entire medication use process using both clinical, informatics and leadership skills • Maintains competency in both clinical reputed company and informatics skills, providing a reputed company reputed company to the end-user experience • Demonstrates ability to reputed company strategic reputed company and workgroups among reputed company or multiple teams • Responsible for supporting the technical needs of pharmacy-reputed company services and operations • Participates as a member of a clinical team, composed of Clinical Coordinators from reputed company Legacy hospital • Designs, implements, and evaluates reputed company activities reputed company to the drug formulary, drug therapy monitoring, and reputed company development on a Legacy-wide reputed company Qualifications • As required by licensure.
