Adult Psychiatrist (100% Remote) – IMLC or TX License Required

Iris Telehealth is seeking a full-time Adult Psychiatrist to provide psychiatric services in our Virtual Behavioral Health Clinic. In this role, you’ll be supported by a collaborative, multidisciplinary team so you can focus on delivering meaningful care. You’ll partner with experts in psychiatry, neurology, and psychology, alongside a dedicated administrative team that supports scheduling, prior authorizations, prescription requests, and care coordination. Bonuses are paid quarterly and offer a significant upside to your earnings. • Dictate Appointment Times: We are looking for highly skilled & experienced clinicians to conduct assessments and build a case load, allowing continuity of care and seeing clients through a successful treatment plan from start to finish. You will be given the autonomy to determine the appropriate appointment duration for your clients. About the Role: • Setting: 100% Remote | Outpatient Virtual Clinic • Schedule: 30-32 hrs/wk | Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm CST • Patient Population: Ages 18+, including geriatric patients • Appointment Times: 60 minutes for initial visits • Caseload: 10-13 patients per day • No On-Call Required! Qualifications: • Completion of a 4-year ACGME-accredited Psychiatry residency. • Active IMLC LOQ and/or active Texas medical license required • Availability for 30-32 hours per week . • Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels. • Telehealth experience preferred (familiarity with EPIC is a plus!). • Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.
