Lead BCBA Direct Telehealth Provider (Part-Time & Full-Time)
About Us
We are a stealth-stage company launched by Healthcare Foundry, a venture studio backed by Maverick Ventures that builds and scales tech-enabled healthcare companies. Our mission is to transform how families of children with autism access and experience ABA therapy — making evidence-based care more accessible, more effective, and centered on the people who matter most: caregivers.
Our clinical model is 100% virtual, caregiver-mediated ABA. Rather than relying on high-volume, technician-delivered hours, we empower caregivers to become skilled agents of change in their child’s everyday life. Every session is delivered by a BCBA through telehealth — no RBTs, no in-home staff, no waitlists. Research shows this approach drives comparable or superior outcomes to traditional models at a fraction of the cost and hours.
We are launching in Ohio and Georgia in Spring 2026 and building the founding clinical team now.
The Role
This is a founding clinical hire. As Lead BCBA, you will carry your own caseload while simultaneously helping direct the clinical infrastructure that scales the company along with our Chief Clinical Officer. You’ll shape treatment protocols, quality standards, mentor other BCBAs. This is a player-coach role for someone who wants to practice at the top of their license and build something from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
Direct Clinical Care (60–70%)
• Deliver caregiver-mediated ABA therapy via telehealth to families of children with autism, coaching caregivers in real-time through naturalistic, play-based interventions
• Conduct comprehensive assessments including functional behavior assessments (FBAs), skill-based assessments, and caregiver needs assessments to develop individualized treatment plans
• Write treatment plans and clinical documentation that meet payer requirements and reflect our outcomes-driven model
• Track clinical outcomes rigorously using standardized measures (e.g., Vineland, ABLLS-R) and internal KPIs
Clinical Leadership & Team Building (30–40%)
• Design and refine clinical protocols for our caregiver-mediated model, including assessment workflows, session structures, caregiver training curricula, and discharge criteria
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor BCBAs as the team grows, providing weekly clinical coaching, case consultation, and peer learning sessions
• Refine quality assurance standards — treatment fidelity checks, session audits, outcome benchmarking — and build them into scalable processes
• Collaborate with the founding team on clinical strategy, payer discussions, technology requirements, and go-to-market planning
• Contribute to thought leadership by informing content, participating in research, and representing the company externally
Who You Are
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB
• Active state licensure in Ohio and/or Georgia (required)
• 5+ years of clinical experience delivering ABA therapy, with at least 2 years in a caregiver-mediated, parent-training, or naturalistic/developmental-behavioral model
• Demonstrated experience with telehealth service delivery
• Prior experience supervising or mentoring other BCBAs or clinical staff
• Strong foundation in evidence-based, neurodiversity-informed practices
• Comfortable operating in an early-stage environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience with payer documentation preferred
Nice to Have
• Experience with RUBI, ESDM, PRT, JASPER, or other evidence-based caregiver coaching models
• Experience working with Medicaid populations and managed care payers
• Published research or conference presentations in ABA or related fields
Compensation & Benefits
• Annual Salary of up to $95,000 – $115,000 depending on experience and licensure
• Health benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage
• PTO: Flexible paid time off plus company holidays
• CEU support: Annual stipend for continuing education, conference attendance, and professional development
• Technology: Company-provided equipment and telehealth platform
• Schedule: Flexible scheduling with core hours aligned to family availability (typically afternoons/evenings)
Why This Role
• Founding team impact — shape the clinical model, culture, and hiring from day one
• Mission-driven work — build a company that makes ABA therapy more accessible, equitable, and effective for families
• Practice at the top of your license — no RBT supervision burden; direct BCBA-to-family care
• Venture-backed stability — Healthcare Foundry and Maverick Ventures provide operational, financial, and strategic support
• Sustainable caseloads — our model targets 2-4 hours/week per family, not 30+ hours of traditional ABA
