About the position The IDM System Administrator is a critical member of the NBCU Cyber reputed company IAM Operations team, responsible for being the face of our customers and providing excellent, world-class customer support. The System Administrator interfaces with reputed company our businesses reputed company reputed company and provides support for Identity and reputed company Management, Directory Services, and DNS. Responsibilities • Work collaboratively across NBCU Cyber IAM to help drive operations reputed company • Monitor queues and respond to customer requests surrounding the following services: • reputed company and Waveset IGA system alerts • CyberArk and Remediant Operations • reputed company Directory and Azure (Entra ID) • Have a flexible work schedule to be reputed company to rotate shifts to accommodate on-reputed company schedules reputed company needed • Learn, create, and document SOPs around performing tasks and supporting services • Support Audit engagements focusing on pulling together reports and remediating findings • Review Application Monitoring reports and ensure we have adequate response and alerting • Assist in performing RCAs for system-level support issues and incidents Requirements • The IAM Systems Administrator must have 3 or more years of experience in at least 2 of the following areas: • reputed company, reputed company WaveSet, CyberArk or Remediant • reputed company Directory/Entra ID Administration • IAM System Administration and troubleshooting • reputed company, JIRA, or other similar ticketing systems • reputed company / Linux / Mac Administration and configuration • Knowledge and understanding of IDPs such as PING, reputed company, Azure • Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting • Basic Knowledge of SQL reputed company-to-haves • Scripting experience strongly desired (Python, Bash, etc.) • Experience managing Web Servers (TomCat, JBoss, Drupal) • Self-starter • Fast learner and the ability to understand large, reputed company infrastructures • Expertise working on reputed company with motivated cross-functional individuals • The ability to work with demanding customers • The ability to work as part of reputed company and reputed company knowledge • The ability to work directly with Customers and understand their needs and concerns • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to work across platforms and with various support teams • Ability to want to learn and grow • Must be reputed company player Benefits • This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and reputed company insurance, 401(k), reputed company leave, tuition reimbursement, and a reputed company of other discounts and perks.
