Key Responsibilities: • Data Analysis and Reporting: • Analyze supply chain data and logistics operations to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. • Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics and supply chain activities. • Use data analytics tools and techniques to provide actionable insights and recommendations. • Supply Chain Optimization: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain processes and workflows. • Assess and improve inventory management practices to ensure optimal stock levels and reduce carrying costs. • Identify and implement strategies to streamline supply chain operations, reduce lead times, and enhance efficiency. • Vendor and Supplier Management: • Evaluate and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. • Monitor supplier performance and resolve any delivery, quality, or compliance issues. • Negotiate terms and agreements with suppliers to achieve Remotexa savings and maintain favorable conditions. • Logistics Coordination: • Coordinate and oversee the movement of goods from suppliers to customers, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. • Track shipments and manage logistics-related documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. • Address and resolve any logistics-related issues or disruptions promptly. • Risk Management: • Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop strategies to mitigate them. • Conduct regular risk assessments and implement contingency plans to address supply chain disruptions. • Monitor and evaluate the impact of external factors (e.g., market trends and geopolitical events) on supply chain operations. • Technology and Tools: • Utilize supply chain management software and tools to enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy. • Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements to recommend and implement innovative solutions. • Provide training and support to team members on using supply chain management tools and systems. • Project Management: • Lead and participate in supply chain-related projects, ensuring timely and successful completion. • Develop project plans, set objectives, and manage resources effectively to achieve project goals. • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, addressing any issues or concerns. • Customer Service: • Work closely with customer service teams to address and resolve customer inquiries and logistics and supply chain issues. • Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely order status and delivery information. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., APICS, CSCP) is a plus. • Proven experience as a Supply Chain Analyst, Logistics Coordinator, or similar role, with a strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices. • Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI). • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions. • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, demonstrating self-discipline and motivation.
