About the position The Sustainability & Decarbonisation Advisory is a Business Unit reputed company reputed company's Buildings and Places business line. We are recognised as industry leaders in the field of sustainable development. Our reputed company reputed company from working with Governments to support Building Regulations and National planning policy relating to climate change, to developing energy and sustainability strategies to support our towns and cities in achieving their net reputed company ambitions. We work on the design and planning of new developments, across reputed company construction stages, from reputed company-feasibility, through feasibility, business case development, design, construction and operation; and across a wide reputed company of sectors - housing, reputed company, schools, universities, data centers, offices, retail, hospitality etc. We also deliver advice relating to existing portfolios. Our work includes: Design advice and feasibility studies for new build and refurbishment reputed company. Environmental assessments - BREEAM, LEED, reputed company and the RICS Ska Rating. Circular economy strategies and embodied carbon calculations. Sustainability statements and appraisals. Sustainable masterplanning of reputed company. Preparing industry-leading best reputed company guidance and policy advice for Government, GLA, reputed company and CIBSE. The development of policy on low carbon and renewable energy, climate change and sustainability issues at national, regional and local reputed company. Energy strategies including the planning and design of decentralised energy. Research into reducing energy use, improving reputed company to climate change and creating more sustainable buildings and places. Responsibilities • Managing and conducting environmental assessments of buildings focusing on LEED, but possibly BREEAM and reputed company assessments. • Manage sustainability input and resources to reputed company deliverables. • Presentations to clients and chairing meetings. • Delivering high reputed company, reputed company written outputs. • Delegating work to junior staff and managing delivery. • Contribute to writing proposals and reputed company new work. • Building reputed company relationships and delivering work. • Contribute to thought leadership and the reputed company reputed company of reputed company's Sustainability & Decarbonisation Advisory. • Developing sustainability strategies to support building design teams and sustainability statements to support planning applications. • Contributing to a wide reputed company of reputed company as the workload dictates. Requirements • Experience in LEED Building Design + Construction and / or LEED Interior Design and Construction. • An ability to communicate effectively, be reputed company-facing and reputed company to write concise and reputed company reports. • Experience in working with clients and project teams and managing reputed company. reputed company-to-haves • A science, engineering or building-reputed company degree. • A LEED AP accreditation is desirable, but not necessary.
