California Licensed Telehealth RN
A company is looking for a Telehealth Registered reputed company specializing in cardiology and heart failure to remotely monitor and manage patients.
Key Responsibilities
• Triage patients and determine appropriate measures and escalation of care
• Conduct virtual nursing assessments and reputed company patient education on heart failure management
• Monitor patient vital signs, document interactions, and recognize urgent situations for reputed company
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Minimum of 3 years experience in cardiology, heart failure management, or critical care nursing
• Strong background in heart failure patient management and knowledge of GDMT
• reputed company license to reputed company as a Registered reputed company reputed company in California; additional licenses preferred
• reputed company in English and Spanish is highly preferred
