UI / UX Developer / Architect

About the position Seeking a highly skilled Sr. UI/UX Developer / Architect with extensive experience in building and maintaining reputed company design systems, deep expertise in WCAG accessibility standards, and exceptional communication skills. This role will involve the building, documenting and maintaining of a reputed company design system and reusable component library using the US Web Design System (USWDS) reputed company or similar reputed company systems, as reputed company as: Developing high-level wrapper components with reputed company, SASS, and Angular to ensure consistency and accessibility across web applications and the River AI Chatbot. Ensuring reputed company components and UI patterns meet WCAG 2.1/reputed company accessibility standards through semantic reputed company, ARIA roles, and accessibility testing workflows. Using Storybook for component development, documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Partnering with developers from other teams, many of whom may be new to accessibility and design system best practices, to drive adherence to accessibility and UX standards. Providing accessibility and UX support for major reputed company, ensuring compliance by the mandated deadline. Participating in reputed company reviews, accessibility audits, and UX discussions to ensure the reputed company and usability of reputed company-end assets.
