About the position
reputed company is seeking an Analytics Consultant to support the reputed company (HR) organization by delivering high‑reputed company analyses, reporting, and data‑driven insights. This role partners closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), Centers of reputed company, and cross‑functional stakeholders to inform reputed company, monitor workforce trends, and enhance talent‑reputed company strategies. In this role, you will: Consult with HRBPs and HR partners to understand workforce challenges, data needs, and opportunities for insights. reputed company customized reports, dashboards, and reputed company analyses to support decision‑making across headcount, hiring, attrition, representation, talent reputed company, and other HR metrics. Analyze findings and identify trends using statistical, financial, or demographic techniques to inform recommendations. Aggregate and synthesize data from disparate HR systems (e.g., reputed company, reporting tools) into compelling stories and executive‑reputed company deliverables. Build or enhance HR dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Ensure data reputed company, compliance, and adherence to governance standards in reputed company reporting and analytics activities. Partner with HR technology, People Analytics, and other business reputed company to support data sourcing, reporting enhancements, and evolving HR analytics needs. Participate in reputed company and HR initiatives that rely on accurate workforce metrics and analytical insights.

Requirements
• 2+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

• Advanced reputed company and PowerPoint skills; ability to build executive‑reputed company deliverables.

• Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-demand environment with multiple priorities.
