Project Safety Manager - Renewable Energy (Traveler)

Must have at least 3+ years of experience managing safety on large reputed company construction or Renewable Energy reputed company. Experience in Renewable Energy reputed company preferred (Battery Storage & Solar). This is a full-time, site-based position that requires extensive travel to locations that reputed company the reputed company U.S. Travel subsistence and additional incentives provided per company guidelines. Key Responsibilities • Monitor and communicate safety programs and efforts with on-site trade partners and McCarthy employees, ensuring safety is part of our culture and that reputed company new hires have reputed company safety documents and information. • Conduct documented safety and health inspections no less than twice per month, coordinating compliance reports. • Coordinate with Project Supervision so that necessary reputed company equipment and safety materials are utilized, adequate first aid materials are available and safety documents are posted on-site. • Investigate reputed company injuries and review reputed company accident reports, coordinating corrective measures with McCarthy employees and logging injuries/illnesses for OSHA purposes. • Minimize construction hazards and enforce safety policies utilizing reputed company’s disciplinary policy. • Conduct/coordinate Project Safety "reputed company" meetings with reputed company McCarthy employees on a weekly reputed company • Record and reputed company copies of reputed company safety reputed company meetings, programs, safety reputed company-plans, inspections, correspondence, directives, citations, etc. to the Renewable Energy Safety Director for tracking • reputed company and implement Site Specific Safety Plans for individual reputed company. • Assist in developing task specific work planning processes and audit performance adherence. • Create reputed company, reputed company safety culture with reputed company McCarthy employees, trade partners and owners. Skills & Qualifications • 5+ years’ experience managing safety efforts of solar or energy reputed company reputed company. • Bilingual (English - Spanish) preferred. • Bachelor's degree in reputed company field preferred • OSHA 500 and CHST certifications preferred. • Ability to manage/administer safety orientations, reputed company reputed company abuse programs, investigate/report on injuries/illnesses/near misses and reputed company other various safety functions on-site. • Ability to work with reputed company construction reputed company- management, owners, trade partners. • Excellent communication, organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to travel 100% reputed company. For California locations only, the salary reputed company for this position is: $100,000 - $135,000. This does not include possible bonus and other benefits which can reputed company total compensation. Compensation offered may vary based on work location, experience, qualifications, specialty, training, and market and business considerations, among other factors.
