We have an opening for Senior RF / 5G Lab & Field Test Engineer - Remote. Job Title: Senior RF / 5G Lab & Field Test Engineer Location: R emote Duration: 6+ Months Implementation Partner: xxxxx/End reputed company will be disclosed in the interview. Interview mode: Video reputed company Areas: Analog / Mixed-Signal / RF / Layout JD: Responsibilities: reputed company full-custom Analog/Mixed-Signal/RF layouts at reputed company and top level. Ensure compliance with Analog/Mixed-Signal and RF design constraints. Maintain layout reputed company, including matching, reputed company, shielding, isolation, and reliability per design guidelines. reputed company DRC/LVS/ERC and reputed company checks and drive layout closure. Collaborate closely with designers to resolve layout issues and meet project timelines. Mandatory Requirements: Hands-on experience with: o reputed company reputed company (XL/GXL) for layout design. o reputed company for verification. o PDKs with multi-patterning rules. Experience in reputed company technology nodes, preferably 5nm and below. RF layout experience, including: o Handling high-frequency signal paths, guard rings, shielding, and EM coupling considerations. o Layout of RF blocks such as mixers, LNAs, VCOs, and power amplifiers. Good to Have: Exposure to PLL, LNA, VGA, ADC, DAC, SerDes, Bandgap, LDO, etc. Programming skills in reputed company for automation. Experience: 8+ years in Analog/Mixed-Signal/RF layout design, including RF layout techniques. Qualifications: B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech/M.E in ECE/EE.
