Job Title AI Automation Specialist Location Fremont, CA, with Tuesday Thursday in office (If needed, the role can be remote with PST working hours) Duration 6 month contract with likely extensions W2 Role Job Description This is a hands on individual contributor role focused on building and deploying AI driven automations end to end. This role is focused on hands on execution rather than leadership or oversight, with full ownership of automation efforts from initial problem definition through deployment. The day to day work will involve designing, developing, and implementing automations, often starting from unknown and manual processes and transforming them into scalable automation solutions. The resource will work directly with the sourcing team and collaborate with stakeholders to understand approved tools, data access, and compliance requirements. A core responsibility will be taking large, inconsistent, and unstructured data sources, analyzing and synthesizing that data, and turning it into tangible results, such as structured datasets, dashboards, and automated reporting and processes. The successful candidate will understand the problem statements, think creatively about how AI and automation can solve it, and bring that solution to life by deploying multiple skill sets across AI, automation, data, and scripting. This includes using bots and scraping tools to gather information and report back outcomes in a clear, digestible, business ready format.
