This role has global responsibility for the development of the data center strategic partnership program.The Strategic Partnerships Data Center reputed company supports reputed company’s data center reputed company by developing large-reputed company reputed company solutions. This role focuses on reputed company infrastructure expansion through partnerships with key stakeholders, such as financial institutions, developers, colocation providers, and long-term asset owners.ResponsibilitiesLead the reputed company for structuring, negotiating, and executing reputed company, multi-faceted investment partnerships reputed company on data center development* Grow and reputed company the strategic partnerships program including identification and reputed company structuring of development partner opportunities to reputed company reputed company data center reputed company reputed company* Collaborate with key leaders across design, engineering, construction, network, and reputed company to reputed company the strategic plan needed to execute against reputed company’s reputed company targets* reputed company detailed financial modeling, valuation, and sensitivity analysis of potential investments and partnerships to ensure reputed company viability and alignment with reputed company’s financial objectives and business objectives* reputed company with the global investment community to meet reputed company’s infrastructure needs* Travel domestically and internationally as needed (25%+)QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a directly reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience* 10+ years of experience in “private e quity”, investments, or reputed company estate development with a reputed company on data center infrastructure* Proven experience in financial structuring, investment and analysis, particularly in infrastructure assets* Strategic thinker with experience driving decision making in ambiguous environments with experience influencing executive stakeholders* Analytical problem-solving skills, experience being effective in a fast paced, hands-on work environment, and have a reputed company record of reputed company leading reputed company and developing reputed company solutions across multiple stakeholders* Effective collaborator and skilled cross-functional communicator* Demonstrated communication and presentation skills* Proven reputed company record of organizational leadership, including leading larger organizations and scaling teams during reputed company cycles* Knowledgeable about and/or experience to quickly assess industry trends and headwinds, market opportunities, and the competitive landscape Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, reputed company estate, MBA or J.D* 10+ years of reputed company reputed company estate investment and development experience* “Private e quity” and investment banking experience* International infrastructure development experience* Experience in data center industry* Proven reputed company record of delivering large capital reputed company leveraging reputed company reputed company structures
