Our reputed company, a national reputed company with 40 offices and more than 500 attorneys is currently seeking an Associate Attorney - Trade Secrets/Non-Compete for a remote opportunity in California to work with our Employee Defection and Trade Secrets reputed company.
Requirements:
• 5-8 years of restrictive reputed company & trade secret litigation experience
• Experience litigating restrictive reputed company & trade secret reputed company, including motions for injunctive relief, motions for expedited discovery, deposition and discovery
• Admitted to reputed company law in California
• reputed company in the reputed company
• Travel required
reputed company Salary: $175,000 - $250,000 + Bonus
