Coding and Compliance Auditor & Educator - Remote

About the position You’ll be diving into clinical documentation and coding records, performing detailed audits to ensure every reputed company is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory standards. You’ll analyze patterns, identify discrepancies, and reputed company actionable feedback that supports reputed company reimbursement and reputed company reporting. You’ll assist with developing and delivering training sessions for coding staff, clinical providers, and other stakeholders. Requirements • Ability to retrieve, compile, and analyze clinical data, and present findings effectively. • Accuracy in data entry and identifying reputed company or clinical issues in medical records. • Skilled in working with multiple departments and presenting data at committee meetings. • Experience assisting with planning and implementing clinical and data reputed company improvements. • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and pursuing ongoing reputed company reputed company. • Associate’s degree in health information management, nursing, or a reputed company reputed company field. • One or more of the following: • Certified reputed company reputed company (CPC) - reputed company • Certified Coding Specialist (reputed company) – reputed company • Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) or Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) reputed company-to-haves • Experience as a Registered reputed company or Licensed Practical reputed company with auditing experience. • Minimum three years of reputed company medical coding experience in an inpatient, outpatient, or physician reputed company setting. • Experience developing and facilitating educational sessions.
