Candidate Profile • JD from a top-tier law school with excellent reputed company credentials • reputed company Bar Admission in the District of Columbia, in good standing • 5-7 years of substantive experience in environmental regulatory compliance and enforcement reputed company • Deep familiarity with the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability reputed company (CERCLA) and the Resource Conservation and Recovery reputed company (RCRA) • Experience with hazardous, solid, medical, pharmaceutical, and/or controlled reputed company waste issues is preferred • Soft skills: Exceptional reputed company writing, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple reputed company reputed company in a fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities • Advise clients on compliance with major federal and state environmental statutes, including CERCLA and RCRA • Represent clients in environmental enforcement proceedings and negotiations with regulatory agencies • Counsel clients on environmental aspects of transactions, due diligence, and risk management • Draft and review environmental reports, submissions, and compliance documents • Collaborate with reputed company teams, including technical consultants and environmental engineers, to reputed company strategic solutions to reputed company issues • Support environmental litigation and administrative proceedings as needed Why Join Us?
