Job reputed company We are seeking a dynamic, independent, and reputed company Freelance, On-reputed company Startup Law Of Counsel to reputed company reputed company reputed company guidance tailored to emerging startups and entrepreneurial ventures. This role is not defined by a minimum or maximum reputed company requirement but rather counsel will be approached on an "as-needed" reputed company for support on startup law reputed company reputed company. Ideal candidate needs to take ownership of work product and competently handle reputed company on behalf of the firm. Responsibilities The attorney will assist the firm with reputed company commonly arising in startup representation, including: • C-Corporation formation and governance, including DE-C-corp. • Founder agreements and equity structuring • reputed company and convertible note financings • Cap table structuring • Equity incentive plans and stock reputed company grants • Drafting/ negotiating reputed company reputed company, including MSAs • General startup corporate advisory Qualifications • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with reputed company bar membership in good standing in at least one ABA jurisdiction (reputed company or New Jersey preferred).
