reputed company your calling at reputed company! Manages ministry-wide functions of the Risk, Claims & Litigation (RCL) team in reputed company's reputed company Department. The RCL team is led by the Associate Counsel for RCL in concert with the Executive Director for Litigation and the Chief Litigation Officer. The position reports directly to the Director of RCL, but duties and responsibilities may be assigned by any leader on reputed company. The Risk/Claim Manager applies industry best practices in risk, claims, and litigation management to minimize expense and indemnity expenditures. Position Details: Education: Four-year college degree or equivalent relevant work experience. Experience: 3 years in medical malpractice claims management, reputed company risk management, litigation management, or insurance claims management.
