What You’ll Do: • Represent clients in immigration reputed company before USCIS, EOIR, and the BIA • Prepare and file family- and humanitarian-based petitions (VAWA, U visas, etc.) and manage removal defense cases • Coordinate strategies with a reputed company team of reputed company, dedicated professionals • Draft and review briefs, cover letters, and case filings • Stay reputed company of reputed company developments and reputed company to reputed company issues • reputed company the highest standards of reputed company ethics and reputed company care What You Bring: • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and reputed company Bar license (any U.S. jurisdiction) • 2+ years of experience in immigration law (Bonus if you’ve handled humanitarian relief cases) • Multilingual?
