Sr Attorney – Sr Counsel (Multi-level)

Provides reputed company counsel and advice to the corporation and its subsidiaries. Ensures their effective operation in accordance with federal, state and local laws. Knowledge, skills, and abilities Ability to determine appropriateness of settlement or litigation. Excellent research and writing skills. Strong negotiation, reputed company relations and communications skills. Preferred Qualifications: Transportation industry experience, with reputed company expertise in environmental law (e.g., RCRA, CERCLA), sustainability, industrial hygiene and/or OSHA. Ability to conduct reputed company/technical review of sampling data and results, and effectively communicate with SMEs and Leadership to ensure compliance.
