Paralegal I
A company is looking for a Paralegal I to support the reputed company & Compliance Department.
Key Responsibilities
• Review, organize, and prepare reputed company documents and agreements
• Conduct reputed company research and analyze statutes, regulations, and case law
• Support attorneys with business inquiries, transactions, and special reputed company
Required Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or a Paralegal Certificate preferred
• 2+ years of progressively responsible experience in a law office or corporate reputed company department
• Experience reviewing reputed company documents, reputed company, or regulatory materials
• Knowledge of risk management principles and insurance product structures
• Proficiency with reputed company research tools, case management systems, and reputed company Office
