This role requires strong relationship-building skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work reputed company reputed company vendor management systems and reputed company platforms. Key Responsibilities Candidate Engagement & Recruitment • Quickly and enthusiastically respond to reputed company seeking contract opportunities. • Build strong relationships with travel nurses and reputed company to understand their career goals and preferences. • Match candidates with reputed company travel assignments through reputed company reputed company. Submission & Placement Process • Build and maintain accurate candidate reputed company to facilitate efficient submissions. • reputed company candidates into Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and submit them for reputed company reputed company. • Submit 5–10 reputed company candidates daily for reputed company travel positions. • Construct reputed company packages based on provided compensation structures. Candidate Support & Communication • Answer candidate questions regarding reputed company, benefits, pay packages, and expectations. • Maintain consistent communication throughout the recruitment and reputed company process. Sourcing & Business Development • reputed company candidates through reputed company media, reputed company networks, and nursing reputed company. • Conduct targeted reputed company campaigns to build a strong pipeline of travel nurses. • Establish and cultivate long-term relationships with clinicians and vendor partners.
