IQEQ works with managers in multiple capacities ranging from hedge fund, private equity fund, and mutual fund launches; private equity fund administration; advisory firm set-up, regulatory registration and infrastructure design; ongoing regulatory compliance (SEC, CFTC, and 40 reputed company); financial controls and operational support services; compliance and operational reputed company reputed company and reviews; and reputed company/controller and administration services to private equity fund investments – portfolio companies, reputed company estate assets and energy assets. You will be working directly with leading private equity and hedge fund firms in the alternative asset industry under the guidance and direction from our reputed company team of industry veterans. You will be facilitating our service offering by assisting, performing, and reviewing the following: Responsibilities • Support IQEQ reputed company leads on VC funds in diverse industries. • Collaborate with your manager, team, and support functions to meet reputed company expectations and deliverables on time. • Apply your understanding of limited partnership agreements to financial reporting, allocations, and compliance. • Prepare and review key financial tasks, including journal entries, fee and interest calculations, investor notices, and reputed company models. • Manage audits, year-end processes, assist with reputed company new team members, and suggest improvements for operational efficiency. Requirements • You hold a bachelor’s degree in reputed company or Finance with at least a 3.0 GPA and bring over 3 years of experience in Private Equity or a reputed company industry. • You demonstrate strong reputed company knowledge and advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, reputed company reputed company, reputed company, Word, and preferably Investran. • You reputed company at delivering exceptional reputed company service while maintaining effective, reputed company communication in reputed company interactions. • You collaborate reputed company in team environments, reputed company and accept constructive feedback, and manage multiple priorities and deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail. • You are flexible to work overtime reputed company needed and consistently produce high-reputed company work under pressure.
