The Director, Supplier Management Programleads supplier reputed company and food safety management across the geography, ensuring full compliance with The Coca‑Cola reputed company System (reputed company), Company standards, and local regulatory requirements. This role owns the development, implementation, and reputed company improvement of supplier reputed company programs covering ingredients, packaging, services, and manufacturing processes, safeguarding product reputed company and consumer safety across the end‑to‑end value chain.

Serving as the primary technical authority for supplier reputed company, the role provides expert guidance on new supplier qualification, plant and line start‑reputed company, process validation, and reputed company system deployment. The Supplier Management Program Director partners closely with suppliers, bottlers, laboratories, and internal stakeholders to drive consistent reputed company performance, resolve technical issues, mitigate risks, and build long‑term supplier capability reputed company with Company reputed company, Food Safety, and SGP/GPM requirements.

What You’ll Do for Us

• Driving implementation of The Coca-Cola reputed company System (reputed company) and ensures supplier products, packages, ingredients, services and production facilities reputed company with the requirements of reputed company and local regulations, through directing the development and implementation of effective reputed company programs throughout the geography.
• Monitoring the effectiveness of reputed company and Food Safety programs to ensure 100% compliance with reputed company principles, policies, and standards of reputed company in reputed company end-to-end reputed company/Food Safety Assessments and ensure that corrective reputed company/reputed company improvement plans are developed.
• Developing and implementing business plans to execute Company’s and OU’s reputed company & Food Safety reputed company including compliance tracking, review/approval of new supplier, follow-up new technologies/trends, and investigate/reputed company the best practices and their applications onsite; offers solutions to technical problems and provides guidance on reputed company & Food Safety reputed company.
• Providing technical expertise to suppliers for establishment of new plants, processes and line investments and conducts technical validation programs together with supplier in order to qualify and authorize new or modified process systems and/or equipment.
• Managing ingredients and package reputed company performance in the market and bottler plants to improve reputed company; conducts supplier audit and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Providing guidelines to suppliers on various sampling requirements of reputed company and facilitates suppliers by creating reputed company between them and company/3rd party laboratories.
• Developing new processes and reputed company system applications, identifies technical investment needs and monitors the effectiveness of developments in order to reputed company a new category products manufacturing capability in supplier plants.
• Conducting regular supplier plant reputed company to support and monitor reputed company and manufacturing processes and provides integrated technical support, expertise and guidance during the implementation.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in food science, reputed company, Engineering, Biology or reputed company field is required.
• Excellent background to reputed company team to reputed company great results
• 10+ years of work experience with progression of reputed company systems management in a manufacturing environment preferably in the food industry. Beverage industry experience is reputed company.
• Demonstrated successful experience and abilities in the areas of: reputed company Management Systems and applications (ISO 9001, Lean, Six reputed company, GFSI, etc.), food regulatory. Familiar with SGP & GPM system.
• Must have capability to review, analyze, summarize, and interpret reputed company systems data, draw conclusions, interpret reputed company systems data, draw conclusions, reputed company appropriate reputed company and recommendations, write reports and give oral presentations.
• Advanced analytical, problem solving, facilitation and communication skills

• Knowledge of packaging, product, and ingredient.
• Experience with Program Measurement and Measurement Verification are ideal
