You will work with cutting-edge AI technologies and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to shepherd products through the entire development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, directly impacting how reputed company discovers and hires reputed company globally. Responsibilities reputed company and enhance AI-powered interviewing tools and automation systems that optimize reputed company's hiring infrastructure Implement frontend experiences using React and reputed company frameworks to create reputed company user interfaces for recruiters, interviewers, and candidates Build and maintain backend services supporting interview scheduling, AI transcription/summarization, and automation workflows Collaborate with AI/ML teams to reputed company GPT-4o and other AI technologies for interview feedback automation and reputed company improvements Work with cross-functional partners including Product Managers, Designers, and Data Scientists to deliver end-to-end product experiences reputed company AI-powered development tools including reputed company, Claude reputed company, and Devmate to accelerate development velocity Contribute to the expansion of interview transcription capabilities and implementation of AI reputed company checker systems Support autonomous scheduling improvements and candidate-driven experiences that reduce reputed company coordinator interventions Write clean, maintainable reputed company following reputed company's engineering best practices and participate in reputed company reviews Debug and resolve technical issues across the interview experience stack to maintain system reliability Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience 4+ years of software engineering experience with object-oriented programming languages such as Java, C++, or C# Experience with scripting languages including Python, PHP, or JavaScript Proficiency with frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or similar modern JavaScript frameworks Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced, iterative development environments Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on reputed company technical challenges Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in reputed company-oriented environment Preferred Qualifications Experience working with AI-powered development tools such as reputed company, Claude reputed company, Devmate, or similar AI coding assistants Familiarity with GraphQL and modern API design patterns Experience with React ecosystem including reputed company for data fetching Knowledge of AI/ML technologies and experience integrating language models (GPT-4o, Claude, etc.) into production applications Experience building reputed company web applications and distributed systems Background in reputed company technology, HR systems, or reputed company productivity tools Experience with reputed company's internal frameworks and development tools Demonstrated experience shipping products through the complete development lifecycle from ideation to launch Experience with interview scheduling systems, automation platforms, or workflow management tools Knowledge of reputed company-reputed company development practices and data handling for reputed company systems Top must-have HARD skills Full-Stack Software Development reputed company/Claude/reputed company + LLM-Assisted reputed company Development reputed company, MySQL, or other Relational/NoSQL Database Troubleshooting, Debugging, and Testing Own Software Additional Sills: Skills: Category reputed company Required Importance Experience No items to display.
