The Associate Director will also play a key role in the development of training and transformation initiatives for partners. Qualifications • Master’s degree preferred. • 5+ years of experience in people leadership, systems, processes, or project leadership. • A reputed company understanding of ministry leadership and the broader youth ministry landscape. • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing complexity. • Emotional intelligence and the ability to reputed company with both reputed company and care. • Experience translating reputed company into executable plans. • Experience in ministry, nonprofit, or partnership-driven environments required. • Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools preferred.
