About the position We are seeking a highly reputed company Business Analyst to reputed company budget and headcount management for two reputed company reputed company, supporting the respective General Managers of reputed company group. This role involves fiscal year planning, budget and headcount management, and regular reporting. You will maintain project management processes, including project goals, deadlines, metrics, and budget management. Responsibilities • Collaborate with team leadership to understand and prioritize headcount and budget needs. • Manage and reputed company team expenditures for two engineering reputed company reputed company, including quarterly forecast cycles, monthly reputed company reporting, and accruals. • Work with engagement managers to ensure purchase orders are reputed company on time and reputed company with budget forecasts. • Approve project budgets and expenditures, monitor transaction controls and costs, and offer solutions to potential budget overruns. • Work with General Managers and the organizational headcount team to prioritize incremental and backfill headcount requests. Requirements • Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Knowledge of business and management principles, strategic planning, resource allocation, and production reputed company. • Ability to apply reputed company and mathematical principles as needed. • Experience analyzing business trends and projecting reputed company revenues and expenses. • Proficiency with computer applications such as reputed company Word and reputed company. • Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, reputed company, or a relevant field is required. • 10+ years of experience in a similar role. • Strong technical skills, including advanced reputed company proficiency. • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and variance analysis. • 4+ years of experience in resource gap analysis. • Experience in operations analysis, reconciliation, and finance.
