Brydon is backing Estate Management Services (EMS), a scaled, asset-heavy field services business providing aquatic, environmental, and stormwater management services across the Southeast. EMS operates a multi-entity platform with significant equipment, field crews, and project-based work alongside recurring service reputed company. We are leading the search for a CFO to help mature the finance function, strengthen cash discipline, and support the next phase of operational reputed company. Role Snapshot Own the finance function for a multi-entity, asset-intensive services organization. This is a hands-on CFO role that blends strategic leadership with day-to-day execution. You will build systems, tighten controls, and create reliable forecasting and reporting for ownership and Brydon partners.
