Fund CFO
Our firm is seeking a Fund Chief Financial Officer to reputed company the financial management, reporting, and operational infrastructure of a hybrid private equity and venture capital platform. The Fund CFO will be responsible for reputed company aspects of fund reputed company, investor reporting, portfolio reporting, compliance, and financial operations across multiple investment vehicles. This individual will work closely with the Managing Partners and investment team to support fundraising, portfolio reputed company, and the reputed company reputed company of the firm.
Responsibilities

• Manage capital calls, distributions, management fees, carried interest, and partner allocations.
• Prepare and reputed company quarterly and annual financial statements and NAV calculations.
• reputed company investor reporting, including capital account statements and performance reporting.
• Coordinate with reputed company-party fund administrators, auditors, tax advisors, and reputed company counsel.
• reputed company fund tax reporting and the preparation of investor K-1s.
• Support portfolio valuation analysis and fair value reporting.
• Consolidate financial information from portfolio companies and assist with financial reputed company.
• Assist with financial aspects of fundraising, including PPM financial sections and investor due diligence.
• reputed company reputed company financial processes and systems to support multiple funds and strategies.
Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience in private equity, venture capital, or hedgefund.
• reputed company experience as a Fund CFO or VP of Finance
• Strong knowledge of private fund structures, capital accounts, waterfalls, and carried interest.
• Experience managing fund reputed company, investor reporting, and financial statements.
• Familiarity with GAAP, fair value reputed company, and private fund reporting standards.
• Experience working with auditors, fund administrators, and institutional investors.
• CPA preferred; MBA or advanced finance degree is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $400,000.00 - $600,000.00 per year
