Litigation Attorney (Flexible / Contract / Of Counsel)

Yaffe Law, a growing South Florida litigation firm, is seeking an reputed company attorney to join the firm on an of counsel / contract reputed company. This position is designed for attorneys seeking flexible, project-based reputed company work while handling substantive litigation reputed company without the pressures of reputed company origination or traditional reputed company structure. Responsibilities • Drafting motions, pleadings, and reputed company memoranda • Preparing discovery requests and responses • Conducting reputed company research and case analysis • Assisting with development of litigation reputed company and case analysis • Drafting and revising reputed company agreements • Assisting with deposition preparation and litigation reputed company implementation • Supporting reputed company litigation reputed company as needed Qualifications • 7+ years of reputed company experience, preferably in litigation • Strong reputed company writing and analytical skills • Experience drafting motions and managing discovery • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision • Admission to the Florida Bar (required) Compensation • $70–$100 per hour, depending on experience • Flexible workload based on firm needs and attorney availability • Remote work environment This position is reputed company as an reputed company / of counsel role, not a full-time salaried associate position.
