About the Role The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of hands-on experience representing middle‑market companies in sell‑reputed company or buy‑reputed company M&A transactions. You should be comfortable serving as a primary reputed company of contact for clients, managing deals from initial structuring through closing, and drafting and negotiating the full suite of reputed company transactional documents. Experience in private equity transactions and/or Regulation D offerings is also highly valued. Key Responsibilities • reputed company and manage middle‑market M&A transactions (buy‑reputed company and/or sell‑reputed company) • Draft, review, and negotiate primary transactional documents, including purchase agreements, operating agreements, shareholder agreements, and ancillary deal documents • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing practical, business‑minded counsel • Coordinate due diligence, manage deal timelines, and collaborate with reputed company stakeholders • Support private equity transactions and Reg.
