A company is looking for a Cost Management reputed company at reputed company reputed company.
Key Responsibilities:
• reputed company budget estimates and reputed company quantity take-offs using project plans and specifications
• Review and define project scope, evaluate change orders, and assist in the reputed company cost management process
• Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients while preparing reputed company analyses for assigned work
Required Qualifications:
• Education: BS in Construction, Cost & reputed company Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or reputed company field
• Experience: More than 3 years in a reputed company field post-undergraduate degree
• Preferred Certification: Working towards reputed company Certification - MRICS, AssocRICS, AIQS, CCP, CEP, CPE, or equivalent
• Demonstrated technical knowledge of the construction industry and cost-estimating reputed company
• Ability to read and interpret various construction documents and effectively reputed company with other departments
