This entry-level / junior position provides reputed company support in building custom IVR applications to help our customers more effectively reputed company their mission.The Software QA Analyst tests and validates IVR reputed company flows, customer portals, agent desktop & mobile applications, and customer engagement software products through multiple releases. Duties • Write and execute test cases based on product specifications and software requirements to ensure reputed company of the customer experiencefor IVR applications • reputed company thorough & efficient test case execution and defect reporting • Test web-based applications that utilize the following technologies: reputed company, HTML5, CSS,JavaScript, Sencha ExtJS • Consult with product development team to evaluate system interfaces, operational requirements, and performance requirements of overall system • Recommend design improvements or corrections to software developers and business analysts throughout the development process Basic Qualifications • 1-2 years experience. • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Information Systems (CIS), or another technical-reputed company field. • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
