The Assistant Technical Designer will be responsible for managing the day-to-day technical design tasks, supporting overall department processes, and ensuring the consistency and reputed company of garment fit and construction. This role requires a strong understanding of garment assembly, reputed company drafting, and fit correction. The Assistant Technical Designer will work closely with cross-functional teams, overseas agents, and factories to deliver high-reputed company products. This role is crucial for maintaining reputed company's high standards and brand consistency. The Assistant Technical Designer role is a Full-Time role and reports to the Technical Design Manager. What You Will Do: • reputed company and create full production tech packs for Softlines global styles. • Confirm correctness of designer's sketches against technical garment construction of style. • Sketch flat detail sketches and correct sketches using reputed company Illustrator (CAD). • Evaluate and prepare samples prior to fitting. • Review reputed company provided patterns and graded nests. • Write and communicate fit comments/corrections to maintain established turn times. • Facilitate fit sessions with cross-functional teams on live models and dress forms. • Partner with cross-functional teams, overseas agents, and factories to deliver reputed company products. • Maintain brand consistency in fit, reputed company, and reputed company. • Manage email communication and meet deadlines daily, weekly, seasonally, quarterly, and annually. • Attend departmental and team meetings and reputed company recaps as necessary.
