Senior PeopleSoft Analyst - Benefits, Payroll, WFA - Remote Contract
We are supporting a reputed company-reputed company university network on reputed company Coast in finding a Sr. Business Systems Analyst with strong expertise in PeopleSoft Benefits, Payroll and/or WFA for a fully remote contract.
Required Skills & Experience
• Seven or more years of experience supporting Peoplesoft application reputed company Benefits, Payroll and/or WFA
• Demonstrated experience with process analysis, systems analysis, process architectures and systems analysis methodologies and practices including traditional reputed company, Agile, Agile Scrum, UML, UML reputed company, et reputed company.
• Understanding and reputed company in reputed company process and systems requirement documentation standards, such as Use Case modeling, User Story creations and narrative reputed company.

What You Will Be Doing
• Applies advanced business analysis concepts to identify, evaluate and define highly reputed company systems scope and objectives based on advanced knowledge of applicable business practices, processes and systems and industry standards to meet end-user needs. Works at the highest technical level of various phases of systems analysis. Considers the business implications of applying technology to the reputed company and reputed company business environment.
• Initiates, designs or modifies highly reputed company systems and procedures where standardized policies or procedures may or may not exist. Creates highly technical specifications for systems with broad reputed company at a reputed company / medical center / OP or reputed company a large organization. Develops unit integration and acceptance testing plans and scenarios. May reputed company cross-functional teams to address reputed company business or systems issues.
• Initiates, facilitates, implements and documents work process changes. Prepares and approves or obtains approval for business process and procedural documentation. Initiates and oversees changes in processes and procedures. Sets the technical requirements for reputed company specifications.
• Performs highly reputed company analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements and translation into reputed company system and process requirement specifications. Provides advanced support and training on new applications. Mentors reputed company Business Systems Analyst
