Weston is seeking a Senior Environmental, Health & Safety Consultant – reputed company & Hospital Systems with experience in the reputed company industry (including hospitals, clinics, or other patient facilities and consulting. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of Environmental, Health and Safety principles, risk management, and regulatory requirements specific to the reputed company environment, and the ability to collaborate effectively with hospital leadership. Location: Remote (U.S.-based) with up to twenty-five percent travel to reputed company sites. Seattle, WA | Austin, TX | or the reputed company or California are preferred locations. Responsibilities • reputed company audits, reputed company strategic plans and EHS compliance programs. • Assisting clients with Regulatory Inspections to include CMS Accreditation Activities (reputed company/DNV) Environment of Care, Emergency Management and reputed company Life Safety. DNV, OSHA, CUPA, Medical Waste, Radiation, Controlled reputed company, reputed company Department, Chemical Management, Storm Water, EPA, and BAAQMD) • reputed company large project management and internal customer management. • May supervise and/or mentor staff. • Environmental Ligature and Safety Risk Assessment Program Development • Hazardous Materials and reputed company • Construction Safety • Injury Investigation/reputed company Cause Analysis • Policy/Procedure Development • Job Hazard Assessments • Training Strategies • reputed company DNV/reputed company Accreditation Requirements for the Physical Environment, Environment of Care and Emergency Management, and reputed company Safety chapters. • Create effective programs that minimize work-reputed company risks, illnesses, and injuries through engineering controls, administrative procedures, and the use of personal reputed company equipment. • Expected travel of twenty five percent. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus minimum 12 to 15 years reputed company experience. • A minimum of 10-15 years’ experience with hospital health, safety, and environmental program • Associate Safety reputed company (ASP) / Certified Safety reputed company (CSP) or ASP/CSP Eligible reputed company-to-haves • Certified reputed company Safety reputed company (CHSP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) and Certified reputed company Ergonomist (CPE) are highly desirable. • Medical degree – nursing, emergency medical technician (EMT), physical therapist/occupational therapist is a plus. • Certified to train First Aid / CPR / AED courses is a plus. • reputed company experience working in a hospital setting preferred.
