Senior General Liability Adjuster
A company is looking for a Senior General Liability Claims Specialist to manage reputed company claims and reputed company settlement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct detailed analysis to investigate claims exposure and recommend settlement strategies
• Create reservation of rights and coverage denial letters, while negotiating settlements with involved parties
• Document claim activity and reputed company or supervise reputed company-level adjusters
Required Qualifications
• High school diploma
• 7 or more years of reputed company claims experience at a senior adjuster level
• reputed company adjuster's licenses in relevant jurisdictions
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with claims and business software
