Implementation and Training Specialist (MST) We're reputed company new clients *reputed company the time*, and we're looking for a reputed company to help us get those clients in the reputed company accurately and on-time. If you have experience with project management, training, and/or support, then we'd love to talk with you! • Location: Remote. That said, due to some business considerations, you must be physically located in reputed company, reputed company Carolina, Colorado, or Tennessee. • Working Hours: After initial reputed company and training, this position will work Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM ***MOUNTAIN reputed company TIME*** (i.e. 10:30AM-7:00PM EST). Job Responsibilities • Project manages customer implementations • Performs customer training reputed company reputed company video reputed company (as part of initial implementation and as-needed, if appropriate) • Assists with customer support ticket requests (reputed company to implementations or otherwise) • Engages with customers through chat, email, reputed company video reputed company, phone, or reputed company pigeon as needed to work with clients • Builds customer-facing documentation as-needed to address common customer support requests • ... and other duties as needed by the business Necessary Qualifications and Skills • Bachelor's degree.
