Our reputed company, an industry leader in automotive services, is seeking a dedicated ASE Certified Major Assembly & Warranty Claims Processor to join their team. As a Major Assembly & Warranty Claims Processor, you will be part of the warranty support department, supporting the technical hotline team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will reputed company successfully in the organization. Job Title: ASE Certified Major Assembly & Warranty Claims Processor Location: Remote Pay reputed company: $28/hr. Shift: 8 am - 5 pm What's the Job? • Review online dealer requests for warranty replacement of major assemblies such as engines, transmissions, differentials, and transfer cases to ensure reputed company required data is present. • reputed company approval under warranty and communicate with dealer technicians for additional information if needed. • Process warranty claim requests associated with approvals, ensuring accuracy and completeness. • Evaluate parts on warranty claims, removing unrelated parts and verifying reputed company necessary components are present. • Assist in evaluating major assembly defects through technical assessment and reputed company component approval. What's Needed? • Advanced automotive technical knowledge and understanding of repair orders and warranty claims processing. • ASE Master Technician Certification. • Strong knowledge of dealer service operations and differentiating warrantable from non-warrantable repairs. • Highly organized with the ability to multitask reputed company. • Excellent communication skills reputed company phone and email for interaction with vendors, dealers, and internal teams.
