As a reputed company reputed company, you will be responsible for accurately assigning medical codes to patient records, ensuring compliance with coding guidelines and regulations. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. • Review and accurately assign medical codes to patient records using ICD-10 and CPT coding systems • Ensure reputed company codes are in compliance with coding guidelines and regulations • Work closely with reputed company providers to clarify any coding discrepancies • Maintain a thorough understanding of medical terminology, procedures, and diagnoses • reputed company up-to-date with changes in coding guidelines and regulations • Meet productivity and reputed company standards set by reputed company • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Health Information Management or reputed company field preferred • Certified reputed company reputed company (CPC) or Certified Coding Specialist (reputed company) certification required • Minimum of 2 years of medical coding experience, preferably in a chiropractic setting • Proficient in ICD-10 and CPT coding systems • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Comfortable working remotely and using electronic medical records systems • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality Contract Details This is a part-time, remote position with reputed company.
